| INTRODUCTION OF KNOW THYSELF PROGRAMME |
We usually take care of our physical well-being but we seldom pay
attention to our mental and spiritual well-being. A sick mind has
resulted in a sharp rise in the number of cases of neurosis and
psychosis and emergence of a ''Me only civilization''.
It is a result of the lack of spiritual basis in one's life. We
may have succeeded in maintaining a good physical shape pleasing
to the sight but there is no doubt that the man / woman within that
body is under too much of stress and may be even sick mentally and
also extremely selfish because of lack of spirituality. We have
to undertake urgent necessary measures to restore the balance and
harmony.
This Site is an attempt to make everyone aware of the true nature
of health and ultimately life itself. This endeavour, though small,
is to make you realise your true nature--to make you realise the
importance of undertaking the all important journey towards the
making of a perfect human being. Our physical, mental and spiritual
well-being will create a healthy society the absence of which we
are feeling today.
The author of this Page can recommend some practices to achieve
a perfect health. The practices are simple but their impact is tremendous
and have the capacity to bring about a quantum change in an individual's
life.

Do's
- Try to get up as early in the morning as possible, Preferably
at 4-30 A.M. and do the KNOW THYSELF PROGRAMME (Sadhana).
- Try to be very regular in doing your Sadhana. You may miss your
meal but not Sadhana. You also need to keep yourself fit and for
that devote at least half an hour daily to Physical Exercises.
- Read any Spiritual Book of your liking, at least one hour everyday.
- Try to do some amount of service to the family in which you
are born and the society in which you live.
- Let ''We" and not ''I'' be the basis of your thinking and
conduct. Have a balanced outlook in your life.
Dont's
- You know, you have come to this earth for a limited period of
time. Don't waste it sleeping for more than what is required.
- Don't get habituated to alcoholic beverages, drugs, tobacco
and other forms of intoxicants.
- Avoid gossiping, back biting, criticism of others, self praise,
group politics etc.
- Don't try to have such comforts which can be had only by hurting
others.
- Don't participate in activities which doesn't have moral sanction.
